Documents Required for Labour License (State)

The employer must attach the following documents with the registration form:

  • Form V
  • Work Order
  • Vera Bill
  • EPF registration letter
  • ESIC registration letter
  • Business Setup proof (Like GST/MSME/Shop & Act/Letter of Incorporation)
  • PAN of the Owners, Partner, Proprietor, or the Director
  • Address proof (can be any utility bill but should not be older than 2 months)
  • Aadhar card of Owners, Proprietor, Partner, or Director.
  • Digital Signature of the Proprietor/ Partner or Director.
  • Hired/ Rented or Leased Agreement If there is any.
  • Government Fees (Rs 540 per employee)
